The closest airport is Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG).
Other Airports include Dayton International (DAY), Columbus John Glenn (CMH), Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF), and Indianapolis Authority Airport (IND) are also within driving distance.

Workshop Information:
We invite you to submit your workshop topics for consideration by August 10th. Once submitted, our conference team will review all proposals and select the topics and presenters that best fit this year’s event.
If your workshop is approved, you will receive an email from Jason Powell and Mark Burleson. For any workshop-related questions, please contact us at workshops@churchitnetwork.com.

Partner Expo Booths
Setup:
Sunday, October 5th: 3:30pm - 8pm OR Monday, October 6th: 7am - 8am
Check-in for attendees starts at 8:00am on Monday,
All partner booths must be set up before registration opens.
Tear Down:
The Partner Expo area can be taken down once the event concludes on Tuesday at 5pm and must be cleared out by 7:30pm.
Booth Specifications:
Each booth includes a 6ft table with 2-3 feet of space on each side.
Total booth space: 10ft wide x 6ft deep.
Black tablecloths will be provided for each table.
Booth Assignments:
Booth spaces will be assigned by CITN, & an Expo map will be sent to you by September 15th, 2025.
If you have specific needs, please email partners@churchitnetwork.com by September 1st.
Partner Expo Times:
The Partner Expo area is located just outside our main assembly room, giving attendees the opportunity to visit your booth as they move between main sessions, meals, and workshops.
We encourage you to be at your booth before and after keynote sessions, as well as between workshop sessions.
Additionally, we highly recommend that partners attend all keynote and workshop sessions, and enjoy the included meals and activities.

Shipping/Freight
Inbound:
Shipments should ARRIVE no later than October 1st .
If you are including an item in the SWAG bag, it must be received by September 25th
The Crossroads Church warehouse receives packages weekly Monday - Thursday.
A loading dock and pallet jack are available on site.
Please clearly mark all items being shipped with a green label on the outside of the box.
This can be as simple as a piece of green copy paper.
Please mark the Attention to be what the shipment is Example: Booth Supplies, Swag Bag Item, etc.
The green label should include:

Return:
Items with Prepaid/Addressed labels attached can be sent by leaving items in the designated shipping area.

Partner Prizes / Giveaways
Partner Bingo:
Partner Bingo is designed to enhance interaction between attendees and partners at the event. Each attendee receives a digital bingo card featuring the logos of all participating partners. A completed bingo card automatically enters attendees into Grand Prize drawings.
CITN provides all attendees with a digital bingo card.
CITN provides your company with a printed QR code when scanned activates your logo.
Contact information from Partner Bingo WILL BE sent to partners within 48 hours post-event along with all other contacts from CITN contact sharing (see Contact Sharing below).
Random names may be selected from your Partner Bingo scans for end-of-event giveaways.
See a CITN Event Staff member after 3pm on Tuesday to get randomly selected names.
Contact Sharing:
Looking to exchange contact information with attendees or other partners? Scan the contact sharing QR code in the CITN Event App to receive their contact information. All collected contact information is compiled and distributed within 48 hours after the event.
Get information by scanning their CITN Contact Sharing QR code with your camera on your phone.
Share your contact information by having someone else scan your CITN Contact Sharing QR code.
Contact sharing is available to all attendees and partners.
Contact information collected during the event WILL be delivered within 48 hours.
End of Event Giveaways:
End of event giveaways provide partners with an opportunity to engage attendees through exciting prize draws. Partners can choose to draw winners from the names collected via Partner Bingo or use another method of their choosing.
Any partner is eligible to participate in the end-of-event giveaways.

Diamond & Platinum Partners please upload your 1920x1080 still graphics (two per organization) that will be included in the event slide loop by 9/1/25.
