  • Partnership Refunds

    • Cancellation 60 Days Prior (before August 6, 2025)
    100% refund

    • Cancellation 45 Days Prior (before August 21, 2025)
    50% refund

    • Cancellation Less than 45 Days (after August 21, 2025)
    Partnership Space and Benefits honored, no refund

  • Attendee Refunds

    • Cancellation 45 Days Prior (before August 21, 2025)
    100% refund

    • Cancellation Less than 45 Days
    No Refund., but you may transfer your registration to someone else.

  • Event Cancellation

    In the event CITN must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances:

    • 45 days out
    CITN will refund all Partnership and Attendee Registration Costs.

    • Less than 45 days out
    Attendee and Partner registration fees* applied to a future CITN Conference

    *CITN does not assume responsibility for any travel or lodging costs if the conference is cancelled.
