Thank you for your support of the Church IT Network Community through your 2024 National Conference Partnership.

When and Where is the event?

  • September 30 - October 1

  • CITN Conference is hosted at:
    Lakepointe Church - East Dallas
    9150 Garland Rd, Dallas, TX 75218

Travel Information:

  • The closest airport is Dallas Love Field (DAL) which is a 30 minute drive.

  • Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW) is a 45 minute drive.

Workshop Information:

  • We invite you to submit your workshop topics for consideration by August 10th. Once submitted, our conference team will review all proposals and select the topics and presenters that best fit this year’s event.

  • If your workshop is approved, you will receive an email from Jason Powell and Mark Burleson. For any workshop-related questions, please contact us at workshops@churchitnetwork.com.

Expo Booth Space (for applicable partners):

Setup Times:

  • Sunday, September 29th: 2pm - 8pm OR Monday, September 30th: 7am - 8am

  • Check-in for attendees starts at 8:00am on Monday, all partner booths must be set up before registration opens.

Tear Down:

  • The Partner Expo area can be taken down once the event concludes on Tuesday at 5pm and must be cleared out by 7:30pm.

Booth Specifications:

  • Your booth includes a 6ft table with 2-3 feet of space on each side.

  • Total booth space: 10ft wide x 6ft deep.

  • Black tablecloths will be provided for each table.

Booth Assignments:

  • Booth spaces will be assigned by CITN, and an Expo map will be sent to you by September 15th, 2024.

  • If you have specific needs, please email partners@churchitnetwork.com by September 1st.

Shipping Information for Partner Items:

  • Please clearly mark all items being shipped for a partner with a green label on the outside of the box. This can be as simple as a piece of green copy paper.

  • The green label should include:
    YOUR Company Name – CHURCH IT NETWORK PARTNER

  • Shipments should ARRIVE between September 16th and 26th. Please do not ship items to arrive before September 15th.

  • Lakepointe Church does have a loading dock and pallet jack on site.

  • Please send package information, including tracking numbers and the number of packages being sent, to shipping@churchitnetwork.com.

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping can be arranged by leaving items in the designated shipping area with all shipping/postage labels affixed. Items will be picked up by the appropriate carrier (UPS, FedEx) on Wednesday at 9:00 am.

  • For any further shipping questions, please contact shipping@churchitnetwork.com.

Partner Expo Times:

  • The Partner Expo area is located just outside our main assembly room, giving attendees the opportunity to visit your booth as they move between main sessions, meals, and workshops.

  • We encourage you to be at your booth before and after keynote sessions, as well as between workshop sessions. Additionally, we highly recommend that partners attend all keynote and workshop sessions, and enjoy the included meals and activities.

Partner Prizes / Giveaways:

Contact Sharing:

  • Contact sharing is back at CITN24 again this year, the CITN Event App contacting sharing tool will be available to all attendees and partners.

  • Contact information collected during the event WILL be delivered within 48 hours of the event's conclusion to any attendee or partner who scans someone else’s QR code at the event.

End of Event Giveaways:

  • Any partner is eligible to participate in the end-of-event giveaways. If you plan to collect business cards Or use CITN Contact Sharing (See below) at your booth and give away items by drawing from those names, please let us know by emailing Partners@ChurchITNetwork.com no later than September 15th. Include the following details in your email:

    • What you are giving away

    • Quantity of items

    • How you plan to select the winner

Partner Bingo:

  • CITN will provide attendees with a digital bingo card featuring each vendor's logo. Attendees will mark their card when they visit your booth or meet you during the event if you don’t have a booth. Completing the partner bingo card allows attendees to enter our grand prize drawing.

  • We will provide a QR code for attendees to scan to verify they have met you.

    • Please note that contact information from Partner Bingo is not distributed to partners.
      If you wish to collect contact information, please refer to the giveaways section above.

Ludicrous Speed / Exabyte Partner Intro Slides:

  • Ludicrous Speed & Exabyte partners please upload your 1920x1080 still graphics (two per organization) that will be included in the event slide loop by 9/1/24.
