Partners are a critical part of the Church IT Network community and our National and Regional Events.

Industry Expertise - Your partnership and presence bring industry expertise, real-world experience and product knowledge to CITN event attendees, which in turn empowers them to better support their local ministries.

Strategic Relationships - As a CITN National or Regional Partner, you can build important relationships with those in our community who are influencers and decision makers in their organizations.

Financial Support - Not-for-profit ministry organizations strive to be great stewards of all resources, especially money. Your partnership helps underwrite the cost of our national and regional events, keeping them within reach for the greatest possible number of participants. As an industry stakeholder yourself, you know that professional conferences and training can be immensely valuable but also very expensive. By working closely with host churches and ministry-minded vendor partners, we’ve been able to keep fees for regional events extremely low.

• Additional Staff Passes to Attend CITN Conference | $85 per additional person

• Meal Sponsor | (Limit 4) | $2500 Be recognized as the meal sponsor for one of the meals at the conference.
  Includes having an info sheet for your organization (which you supply) at each place setting and company logo on screen.

• “Be Good to Me” Sponsor | (Limit 1) | $300 + cost of services. Pamper and rejuvenate conference attendees with the gift of a complimentary massage, manicure, smoothie bar or other special refreshments and treats as a “Be Good to Me” sponsor. Attendees can sign up for individual or group appointments depending on the service provided, providing an excellent opportunity to connect with your audience.

• “High Octane” Sponsor | (Limit 1) | $300 + the cost of Coffee & Mt Dews. Keep attendees going strong thru the event with a high octane drink bar. Ideas include Cold Brew Coffees, Mt Dew and other high Octane drinks.

What does being a partner say about you?
You are committed to serving the Church IT community and you care about the networking and partnerships developed thru Church IT Network. You are in it for the long haul to support the Church and the use of technology to expand the Kingdom.

Does being a partner guarantee my organization will lead a workshop?
No, all workshop speakers must submit a proposal for a workshop slot.
CITN Event staff review all workshop proposals (by partners and attendees) and will let you know if your topic/idea is selected for the conference.

Does partnership include participant lists?
No, we do not sell, distribute or share our community and event participation lists with anyone.

What is my ongoing benefit?
We are both grateful for vendor participation and zealous to guard against the event becoming too commercialized. With that in mind, we want to make it a great event for vendors by keeping the cost low and maximizing the opportunities for you to build relationships with Church IT leaders. Your company will be featured on the CITN website, a first-stop white pages for IT vendors serving the Church.

What is the refund policy?
