Please review our cancellation and refund policies before registering for the conference.
Partnership Refunds
For exhibitors, sponsors, and conference partners.
| Cancellation Window | Refund |
|---|---|
| 60+ Days Prior | 100% refund Full refund of all partnership fees. |
| 45–60 Days Prior | 50% refund Half of the partnership fee will be refunded. |
| Less than 45 Days | No refund Partnership space and benefits will be honored, but no monetary refund will be issued. |
Attendee Refunds
For individual conference registrations.

| Less than 45 Days | No refund No monetary refund, but registration may be transferred to another attendee. |
Event Cancellation by CITN
In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by CITN, the following policy applies: • 45+ days before the event: CITN will refund all registration and partnership costs in full. • Less than 45 days before the event: All fees will be applied as a credit toward a future CITN conference. • CITN does not assume responsibility for any travel or lodging costs incurred if the event is cancelled.
