What This Event Is A two-day hands-on workshop for church tech leaders who are ready to stop experimenting with AI and start building tools that actually work. The workshop is built around context engineering — the principle that AI quality isn't about clever prompts, it's about giving AI the right structure and information to produce reliable, repeatable results. Day 1 covers the foundations. Day 2 is a full build day where participants apply what they've learned to real ministry challenges they bring with them.
Who It's For Church technology staff, developers, and ministry innovators across the region. Whether you're writing your first prompt or shipping tools to your team, both days are designed to meet you where you are.
What Participants Walk Away With Working tools they built on Day 2. Reusable patterns and workflows they can apply immediately back home. Connections with peers doing similar work in ministry contexts. This isn't a conference session — it's a working environment.
